Zensar announces strategic partnership with Claimatic

Zensar, a Pune, India-based digital solutions and technology services company, has entered into a global strategic partnership with Claimatic, a San Antonio-based vendor whose SaaS solution streamlines the ingestion of FNOL data and automates claims distribution to optimal resources based on real-time, dynamic data. The partnership combines Claimatic’s intelligent decisioning software with Zensar’s strategic consulting, enterprise delivery, and implementation services.

The collaboration addresses the struggles insurers have experienced with initial adjuster assignment delays and a high volume of claim re-assignments. Claimatic says its solution addresses the problem with a next-generation intelligent decisioning engine that takes all the information from Zensar’s First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and matches it to the best available resource in seconds. The vendor calls attention to the advantages of its user interface, which it says allows the claims operations team to optimize rules on the fly without involving IT resources. “Claimatic’s robust resource attributes module incorporates adjuster licensing, certifications, skill sets, authority levels, GPS location, vendor management, and more, solving a variety of inter-departmental workflow challenges in larger claims organizations,” a Claimatic statement says.
