Xpertdoc, a Montreal-based document generation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions provider, has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, a globally recognized standard of information security best practices that provides guidance, methodology and processes to achieve compliance in data protection, privacy and IT governance.
The certification is specifically achieved for Xpertdoc’s management of information security covering the development, support and operation of the vendor’s Customer Communications Management platform, according to an Xpertdoc statement. The certification covers research and development, project management, professional services, support and quality assurance.
