Xchanging Launches Premium Claim Services for Construction and Professional Liability

The business technology and services provider also announced the appointment of Roy Leeds as director of U.S. Claims Operations.

Xchanging plc (London) has announced the launch of premium claim services for construction and professional liability in the U.S. and the appointment of Roy Leeds as director of U.S. Claims Operations.

The new services include customized solutions for complex casualty matters such as construction defect, professional liability, errors and omissions, and environmental claims with a focus on:

  • Mediation and trial attendance;
  • Gathering claim documentation;
  • Coverage and liability investigation; and
  • Identification of risk transfer opportunities.

Roy Leeds joined Xchanging from DMA Adjusters and has held senior positions at Burlington, Great West and other firms. He is based in North Carolina and will work with Xchanging clients and prospective clients across the U.S. to assist with their claim handling needs, according to an Xchanging statement.  Leeds will be working closely with Sean Allen, VP , Xchanging Insurance Services, with the task of continuing to grow the Xchanging premium claims business.
