WTW (London), a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has announced the appointment of Paul Lubbers as the Head of Affinity & Programs, U.S., within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB). Leveraging his deep experience within the Affinity sector, Lubbers assumes a pivotal role in driving comprehensive growth and success for both the Affinity Consumer and Commercial Programs across the U.S. business landscape, according to a WTW statement.

Lubbers joins WTW after more than twenty years of industry experience, most recently serving as Global Client Director for ServiceNow, where he led operational efficiency and digital transformation strategies for financial services firms within the Fortune 250. His background also includes ten years of leadership experience at Aon, where he directed global Affinity segments and provided executive oversight for Aon Affinity’s startup around voluntary benefits, loyalty programs, and Discount Medical Provider Organization (DMPO) businesses. Additionally, Lubbers held influential leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Allstate.

Reporting to Christine Panet-Raymond, Head of Affinity, Programs, and A&H, North America, CRB, Lubbers will be responsible for driving growth of both the Affinity Consumer and Commercial Programs within the U.S. Additionally, he will focus on enhancing the seamless integration of tailored insurance solutions with partner organizations’ core activities. This entails leveraging his industry knowledge to strategically align insurance offerings with the unique needs and aspirations of each organization’s members, fostering long-term customer engagement and value, the WTW statement says.
