WTW (London/New York), a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has announced the appointment of Jackie Bolig as Head of Property and Casualty, Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America. With more than 30 years of experience in insurance and risk management, Bolig brings a strong background of expertise and leadership aimed at supporting the execution of the CRB growth strategy across North America, according to a WTW statement.
Bolig joins WTW from Aon (Chicago), where she most recently served as Executive Managing Director and Co-Lead for Aon Inpoint, the firm’s management consulting and advisory business. Focusing on high-touch engagement and connectivity with clients, Bolig was responsible for leading Inpoint’s global client offering, sales strategy, and talent framework to ensure the business was closely aligned with customer needs. In 2020, she joined the Inpoint team as Chief Commercial Officer and part of the Global Inpoint Leadership Team. Jackie also previously worked in Aon’s reinsurance business as the US Individual Risk and Facultative Facilities Leader. In another prior role, she served as head of the company’s property practice for the greater New York region.
With management over the Property, Casualty and Environmental teams across North America, Bolig’s leadership will focus on client retention, product development, talent strategy and driving successful carrier relationships across all twelve industry verticals, the WTW statement says. Additionally, she will focus on growth across the business, aligning with the industry vertical leaders on strategic product development and innovation to maintain distinct competitive advantage and provide best-in-class solutions to meet client needs. Bolig’s market engagement will elevate the company’s reputation with clients, providing the team with unique insight towards staying ahead of evolving client exposures and creating products and services to address those risks, according to the consulting firm.
