WTW Makes Three Senior Appointments to North America Broker Relations Team

Joseph LaRocco appointed Head of Industry—Broking; Krista Cinotti appointed Head of Middle Market; James O’Connor appointed Head of Carrier Management.

WTW (Willis Towers Watson, London) a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has announced three major appointments: Joe LaRocco has been appointed Head of Industry—Broking, North America, to lead the recently established industry broking segment; Krista Cinotti has been appointed Head of Middle Market Broking, North America; and James O’Connor has been appointed Head of Carrier Management, North America.

LaRocco’s newly created position supports WTW’s drive to deliver specialized insurance solutions and intellectual capital to clients with a laser focus on industry expertise, according to an announcement on the appointments. O’Connor, whose role is also new, will lead the Corporate Risk & Broking North American segment, focusing on expanding insurer distribution channels, creating client-centric insurance solutions, and overseeing corporate relationships with global insurers.

LaRocco will remain a member of the WTW Corporate Risk and Broking North America Leadership Team, according to the firm’s statement on the appointments.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Middle Market Broking, North America, Cinotti ran the Middle Market Broking East Region. In addition to her responsibilities in Middle Market, Cinotti will oversee the Select Broking segment, which manages WTW’s small business offerings, and will retain her North America Steering Committee position on the Broking Platform.

“Krista is respected internally and externally as an innovative, collaborative, and resultsdriven leader who will deliver premier broking solutions and a modernized broking experience for our clients in the middle market and select segments,” Drummond says.

Based in Atlanta, O’Connor will provide leadership across our broking organization, and will be a member of WTW’s Corporate Risk and Broking North America Leadership Team.
