Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company (Winnepeg, Manitoba), Canada’s largest property/casualty insurer exclusively using the broker channel, has selected the TechCanary (Milwuakee, Wisc.) Broker Management System (TC-BMS) and Salesforce to improve broker relationship management. The insurer has also chosen TechCanary’s Professional Services to provide the expertise and experience to help the insurer meet its aggressive timeline for implementation, the vendor reports.
Wawanesa selected the TechCanary platform after an extensive proof of concept (POC) sufficient to demonstrate the system’s ability to scale, its breadth and depth of functionality, and its configurability to support the company’s needs.
