Vitech Systems Group (New York) has announced the appointment of Richard Hart as Chief Executive Officer. Hart served as Vitech’s interim CEO from March 2021 and has served on Vitech’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Prior to joining Vitech, Hart served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at Guidewire Software (San Mateo, Calif.), and has served in various advisory and leadership roles in financial and technology companies throughout his career. Hart holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law.
