Vikaran Completes Workers’ Comp Software Suites with New Business Partner Portal

The Business Partner Portal module rounds out the capabilities of the vendor’s InsuranceExpert and WorkersCompExpert Software Suites, and further extends the capabilities of any workers’ compensation insurer, MGA, MGU, TPA or self-insured employer.

Vikaran Solutions, a Chicago-based workers’ compensation insurance-focused software provider has announced the availability of Business Partner Portal to complete its InsuranceExpert and WorkersCompExpert Software Suites.

Vikaran describes Insurance Expert and WorkersCompExpert as fully integrated core administration suites which include the PolicyExpert, Billing Expert, ClaimsExpert, Reinsurance Expert, QuoteExpert (Agency Portal) and Customer Portal modules. The Business Partner Portal module rounds out the capabilities of both suites, and further extends the capabilities of any workers’ compensation insurer, managing general agency, managing general underwriter, third-party administrators or self-insured employer beyond its enterprise alone, according to a vendor statement.
