Victory Insurance Company (Miles, Mont.), has  selected Insurity’s (Hartford) Breeze solution to enhance its core systems, improving operational efficiency, leverage new loss control functionality and support an improved policyholder experience.

Insurity describes Breeze as a cloud-hosted, end-to-end policy and claims administration system with integrated billing and policyholder web portals specifically built for workers’ compensation insurers. The vendor says that the solution will enable Victory to improve the efficiency of servicing policyholders, and create a streamlined user experience for their customers to view or download their policy, report injury and file a claim.

“At Victory Insurance, we invest significantly in our technology strategy to continuously improve policyholder services, such as offering self-service web portals and effective loss prevention tools, while ensuring we utilize market leading cyber security solutions,” comments Keith Brownfield, President, Victory Insurance. “Insurity’s solution will not only enable us to improve communication and interactions with our customers, but also ensure that we continue to run our business in the efficient and effective manner, which has made us successful for years.”

Insurity asserts that it as a result of the Breeze solution being on the market for more than 20 years, the company has continued to advance its capabilities, resulting in the solution providing

the most robust features and depth of any workers’ compensation core solution in the market.  Victory can tailor the solution’s user experience for the unique needs of its employees and policyholders, while efficiently incorporating the latest workers’ compensation rates and regulatory information, the vendor says.
