Victory Insurance (Miles City, Mont.), a workers’ compensation insurance carrier, and licensed MGA, has gone live on Insurity, Sure Claims Payments. This implementation of Sure Claims Payments enables Victory Insurance to dramatically improve the claimant and vendor experience and manage claims payments through issuance with an integrated digital payment platform, according to an Insurity statement.

Victory Insurance currently leverages Insurity’s Workers’ Comp Suite, a policy, billing, and claims platform that enables end-to-end automation and a unified user experience for workers’ compensation carriers, according to the vendor. “The successful integration of Sure Claims Payments with Workers’ Comp Suite proves Victory Insurance is delivering on its commitment to provide an exceptional experience for its policyholders and related payees,” the Insurity statement says.
Insurity describes Sure Claims Payments as delivering payments directly to policyholders and associated vendors in as little as 30 seconds after payment approval. Claimants and vendors can elect either real-time digital payments or traditional physical checks, with a configurable “fallback to check” option ensuring that Victory Insurance avoids the possibility of late payments and penalties. Insurity asserts that this automated workflow eliminates expensive and time-consuming check-based processes and lowers claims costs by as much as 50 percent.
