Verti Versicherung AG (Teltow, Brandenburg), Germany’s second-largest direct motor insurer, has selected AI-based software from FRISS (Utrecht, Netherlands/Chicago) with the goal of improving customer service.
FRISS characterizes its solution as the most widely implemented AI-based solution for fraud detection and risk mitigation for property/casualty insurers. FRISS reports that it will accelerate Verti’s digital transformation, optimizing workflows with innovative products and providing the best possible customer experience for Verti and its policy holders.
