Vertafore (Denver), a provider of distribution-related insurance technology, has announced a new partner program, which the vendor says provides open access and integration opportunities with Vertafore APIs for customers and partners. The Orange Partner Program lets Vertafore customers take advantage of integrations with existing products, while third-party technology providers will have access to integration opportunities with Vertafore’s full suite of agency management system products through available APIs.
“Our partners have always been an integral part of the Vertafore community, and the Orange Partner Program was created to help enable new and creative ways for these partners to continue to innovate through technology,” comments Doug Mohr, VP, Industry Partnerships, Vertafore. “By uniting the entire Vertafore product suite under one streamlined partner program, Vertafore partners will have unparalleled access to the full range of APIs available for each product and the ability to provide their solution across multiple Vertafore products.”
Vertafore reports that the Orange Partner Program will be available to partners who have solutions that currently integrate with one of Vertafore’s property/casualty agency management systems including QQCatalyst, AMS360, and Sagitta, as well as BenefitPoint and ImageRight. The Program will enable customers to take advantage of pre-built integration with certified solutions from industry leading technology innovators such as DocuSign, ePayPolicy, and Agency Revolution, according to the vendor.
“We’re truly excited to be a charter member of the Vertafore Orange Partner Program,” comments Rick Fox, President, Agency Revolution (Bend, Ore.). “The Program will bring a new level of collaboration between Vertafore and its partners. The open API, in particular, is a big win for both agents and partners, who will benefit from great gains in efficiency.”
The Orange Partner Program will also extend to complementary third-party technology providers, who will be empowered to develop their own integrations with Vertafore solutions and continue to provide innovation within the insurance industry, the vendor reports. Through this initiative, Vertafore says it aims to provide an improved ecosystem for new and existing integrations.
Vertafore lists the following as benefits provided through the Orange Partner Program to participating partners :
- Integration toolkit for the appropriate management system and online access to a test instance
- Access to MyVertafore online support portal for documentation and sample use cases
- Logo placement and company/solution overview on Vertafore’s website
- Quarterly briefing with partner team at Vertafore
- Annual partner summit at Accelerate, powered by NetVU
- Internal promotion of partner solution to Vertafore team members
“Agency Revolution is committed to working with the best AMS providers in North America. The new Orange Partner Program shows that Vertafore is making the same commitment to insurance technology companies,” adds Fox. “We provide a marketing technology platform to help independent agents build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their clients and prospects. Our integration with both AMS360 and QQCatalyst will be a huge benefit for Vertafore customers and independent agents everywhere.”
Stronger Partner Ecosystem
“We are excited to see Vertafore launch the Orange Partner Program to provide a more formal relationship with vendors like Agency Revolution, who we use at Foy Insurance for their beneficial integration with AMS360,” comments Mike Foy, NetVU Chairman and owner of Foy Insurance (Exeter, N.H.), a Vertafore customer. “We also see this as a good thing for the NetVU community to help build a stronger partner ecosystem by expanding our options as independent agents with additional integration to the emerging InsurTech solutions that are hitting the market. Watch, listen, and provide input via the NetVU community as this program grows and evolves in 2019 and visit the Exhibitor floor at 2019 Accelerate as many of these partners are also partnered with NetVU.”
