Vertafore (Denver) has introduced an integrated certificates of insurance solution within its AgencyOne platform to automate issuance and support agency service workflows.

James Thom, Chief Product Officer, Vertafore.

The tool enables agencies to create, issue, track and manage certificates using real-time data from agency management systems. Vertafore says the solution is designed to reduce manual processes associated with high-volume certificate requests and support more efficient service operations.

Certificates of insurance are a frequent service task for agencies, often involving repetitive processes across multiple systems. The integrated solution consolidates these tasks into a single workflow and supports distribution through InsurLink, allowing clients to access certificates on a self-service basis.

“For many agencies, certificate requests create a high volume of manual work,” says James Thom, Chief Product Officer, Vertafore. “This solution is designed to simplify the workflow and support more efficient operations.”

The platform uses current policy data to support accuracy in certificate issuance and provides tracking capabilities within the system. Vertafore says the tool is intended to support agency operations as they manage increasing service demands.

Efficient, Intuitive Experience

Nichole Rich, Systems Trainer, Moody Insurance Agency.

“What stood out right away was how easy and intuitive the new experience is,” says Nichole Rich, Director of Training, Moody Insurance Agency. “It’s more efficient for our day-to-day work, and the added controls give us more confidence in how we manage certificates. We’re also really excited about the InsurLink integration for distribution—it’s going to make a big difference for our team.”

The certificates solution is available to AgencyOne customers using AMS360 and InsurLink, with availability for Sagitta customers expected later this year.

Vertafore says the launch reflects its focus on supporting agency workflows through integrated technology solutions.
