Verisk (Jersey City, N.J.), a provider of data analytics to the insurance and other industries, has announced its latest ISO ClaimSearch accelerator. The accelerator enables ISO ClaimSearch customers that use Guidewire (Foster City, California) ClaimCenter v9 to quickly integrate the new, visualized platform of ISO ClaimSearch into their workflows.
Through use of the accelerator, Verisk customers that use ClaimCenter v8 or v9 can instantly access the actionable insights and real-time claim analytics of the ISO ClaimSearch visualized platform directly within their claims systems, according to the vendor. Users will be able to take advantage of graphical, interactive loss history reports that highlight relevant data to help claims handlers make quicker and better-informed decisions. The v8 accelerator was implemented in 2017.
“As insurers look for ways to improve efficiency and meet changing customer expectations, it’s critical to have tools that streamline the claims process,” comments Carlos Martins, VP and general manager, ISO Claims Solutions at Verisk. “The new accelerator allows our customers that use Guidewire ClaimCenter v9 to quickly access the claims intelligence and fraud detection capabilities of ISO ClaimSearch. This is another example of our commitment to help increase our customers’ productivity and improve results across the industry.”
The accelerator will also help insurers transition to the ISO ClaimSearch visualized platform before July 1, 2019, when ISO ClaimSearch will support loss history reports only on the new platform, Verisk reports.
