ValueMomentum and Smart Communications Partner on Multichannel Communications

The partnership positions ValueMomentum to reach insurance, banking & lending, and healthcare firms seeking streamlined document management and multichannel customer capabilities.

ValueMomentum Inc., a Piscataway, N.J.-based provider of software and services to insurance carriers, health payers and the broader financial services industry, has announced that it has partnered with Smart Communications (London), a global provider of cloud-based platform for enterprise customer communications.

The partnership originated through an engagement with mutual client Pekin Insurance (Pekin, Ill.), which selected Smart Communications SmartCOMM product and ValueMomentum’s implementation services. Pekin’s initiative focused on streamlining all customer communications and a desire to leverage a modern CCM solution with a cloud option, which ValueMomentum characterizes as an ideal opportunity for the Smart Communications offering designed specifically for the cloud.
