UniGroup (Fenton, Mo.), a provider of specialized logistics and global relocation solutions and owner of moving companies such as Mayflower Lines, has selected Accenture Duck Creek Claims (Bolivar, Mo., an Accenture company) to manage its claims operations. The Accenture software will enable UniGroup’s customers, agents and employees to submit, process and administer cargo loss claims from first notice of loss to resolution via an online system, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced claim-handling time, according to the vendor.

UniGroup will use Accenture Duck Creek Claims to support claims functions within its business such as residential moving lines such as Mayflower Transit and United Van Lines, logistic company UniGroup Logistics, and international relocation provider UniGroup Relocation.
