UniGroup Deploys Duck Creek Claims to Support Transportation and Logistics Operations Worldwide

UniGroup (St. Louis), a $1.7 billion transportation and relocation services company, has implemented Duck Creek (Columbia, S.C.) Claims to automate and streamline processes in order to increase efficiencies around its cargo loss reporting within several businesses, including United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, UniGroup Logistics and UniGroup Worldwide.

Duck Creek Claims will enable UniGroup’s employees and agents to administer and process claims reporting via an online system, facilitating rapid responses to inquiries and reducing claim-handling time for the residential and corporate customers they serve around the globe, according to a Duck Creek statement.
