Stonebridge Life Insurance Company, a Plano, Texas-based subsidiary of Transamerica, has selected iPipeline’s iGO e-App to accelerate the sales process for Medicare supplement plans and improved customers satisfaction.
Stonebridge Life set a goal to better serve the needs of Medicare supplement clients and saw simplicity, speed and accuracy as critical to improving its sales process, according to Lance Larsen, VP, Specialized Distribution, Transamerica. The insurer selected iPipeline based on its success in life insurance, annuity, pre-need and final expense sales, as well as, in recent years, Larsen reports.
