Smart Harbor, a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of digital solutions for insurance agents, announced that it has integrated Smart Digital with HawkSoft’s (Canby, Ore.) agency management system. Smart Harbor offers a digital ecosystem for agencies that includes mobile-responsive websites, automated smart forms, chat, automated social media content distribution, local market SEO, online directory listings, and email marketing solutions. Smart Harbor couches the Hawksoft announcement in the context of its recent introduction of its Smart Producer solution, which the vendor says provides a guided, personalized mobile shopping experience. Smart Harbor characterizes the HawkSoft integration as part of its vision to create a digital ecosystem of agency solution providers that connect the entire customer journey for the agent enabling them to conduct business more cost efficiently.
“Today we work with more than 1,100 independent agencies that seek ease of doing business through website enhancements that include integration with their agency management systems.
