Seven Corners, a Carmel, Ind.-based travel insurance and specialty benefits management company, has announced the launch of Claims Your Way, which the company describes as a customer-driven claims process designed to make filing a claim simple and efficient. A Seven Corners statement says that customer questions it received during the COVID-19 pandemic brought about key insights for improving its business model and level of customer service, starting from the moment a customer files a claim.

The Claims Your Way process provides customers with a dedicated claims advisor as soon as a claim is submitted, the Seven Corners statement explains. The advisor helps in any capacity the customer needs and allows the customer to choose the method and frequency they want to be interacted with. The advisor’s contact information will be provided, making customer communication easy. With the addition of Claims Your Way, Seven Corners is now the industry leading travel insurance company with a dedicated claims process, reinforcing why Seven Corners is the “right way to travel.”
