Settlers Life Insurance Company, a Bristol, Va.-based member of the NGL Insurance Group that focuses on final expense whole life insurance, has selected the iPipeline iGO electronic fillable form to support its agent partners. The solution, which will automate and accelerate the processing of multiple final expense products, will be made available to over 3,000 producers selling Settlers Life policies in 36 states, according to an iPipeline statement.
“We work hard to constantly improve the tools and services we offer to our partners to make selling our products as simple as possible,” comments Michael Lowe, president, Settlers Life. “That is why we are very pleased to offer the iGO electronic application solution to our partners.”
By selecting iGO, Settlers has equipped its agents with a comprehensive solution to producers that will ultimately achieve straight-through processing, bypass legacy systems integration and minimize IT support concerns, claims Paul Melchiorre, president, iPipeline. “We are confident that the efficiencies resulting from the deployment will have a favorable impact on how Settlers Life’s producers engage customers in new business opportunities.”
Settlers Life’s Lowe believes that the iGO solution will be an important addition to producers’ “agent toolbox,” helping to guide them through the carrier’s applications, auto-filling many sections and simplifying the sales and submission process. “And we’re not through yet,” Lowe adds. “We are already working with iPipeline to further enhance the tool. This is a very exciting time at Settlers Life, and we appreciate iPipeline’s assistance and expertise in helping us support our agent partners.”
