Send Technology Solutions Ltd, a London-based InsurTech with global reach, has appointed Brad Tabor as U.S. Head of Revenue, and Daniel McDonough as an Enterprise Account Executive. The vendor says that the appointments are part of a planned North American expansion to support property/casualty underwriters.
“It’s an exciting time to expand our sales team in the U.S.,” comments Andy Moss, co-founder and CEO, Send. “Brad’s previous experience as Executive Director at Unqork, and decade-long experience in sales and marketing within the FinTech space will strengthen Send’s market share in North America. Daniel’s stint as a technology consultant at PwC and experience in transformation projects will play a pivotal role as we accelerate growth.”
Send has developed a connected workbench that enables insurers and MGAs to automate, streamline and optimize their underwriting operations. The vendor describes it as a composable platform that gives teams everything they need to be more productive, in one place, a single platform for managing new business, renewals, and endorsements. Send says the SaaS platform brings complex data out of silos into one solution, providing a consolidated view throughout the lifecycle. The vendor says that the platform’s automation enables new and mature insurers to eliminate rekeying, improve predictability, and work smarter.
Tabor joins Send from Unqork (New York), where he spent four years as Executive Director of Insurance. He began his journey in insurance at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston) over a decade ago and has spent notable time at Deloitte and Marsh leading teams in managing growth, sales, and operations for large insurers and financial clients.
In his new role, Tabor is tasked with strengthening existing clients, spearheading new revenue, and facilitating business collaborations for Send in the U.S.
Deep Understanding of Commercial Insurance Products
McDonough joins Send from PwC (London). As a manager, he played a key role in the Cloud and Digital practice, driving successful Guidewire (San Mateo, Calif.) transformations.
A Send statement refers to McDonough’s deep understanding of commercial insurance products, expertise in creating and implementing digital strategies, and proficiency in the underwriting processes as qualities that will enhance Send’s client operations in the U.S.
