Selective Insurance Modernizes Claims on Hosted Insurity Claims Decisions Solution

The N.J.-based carrier expects to enjoy increased adjuster productivity, reduced exposure to regulatory inconsistencies, and streamlined processing through increased automation and better integration with third parties.

Selective Insurance Company of America (Branchville, N.J.) has chosen Insurity’s (Hartford) Claims Decisions to replace its legacy claims system and modernize its claims operations. The system, which will be hosted by Insurity, will support claims for a range of personal and commercial lines products.

Claims Decisions system will provide Selective’s claims operation with what the vendor characterizes as a user friendly experience, including mobile, regulatory integration with Wolters Kluwer, widget-based navigation and user-specific views, as well as Insurity’s workers’ compensation claim management tools. It will also include Insurity’s new Legal Matter Management Module, which is currently under development.
