Seek Now, Inc. (Louisville, Ky.), an InsurTech platform serving the property/casualty insurance industry, has introduced its latest suite of inspection offerings, Seeker 360 Services. The vendor pitches the offering as poised to redefine the insurance claims adjusting landscape by elevating the depth and precision of essential ground truth data.

David Pedersen, EVP, Seek Now.

Seeker 360 Services leverage high-definition, immersive property walkthroughs, complete with detailed embedded damage and condition photos, comprehensive notes, and automated measurements, according to a Seek Now statement. The vendor says that field adjusters benefit from valuable time saved on-site as all measurements seamlessly integrate into their estimate writing platform. Desk Adjusters will gain the ability to interact with immersive spaces, thereby gaining invaluable context and control over their claims, policyholders, and mitigation vendors, according to the Seek Now statement.

“With Seeker 360 Services and our fully immersive interactive data, our customers can solve more problems, reduce cycle time, and significantly impact the estimated $2 billion-plus in mitigation expense leakage,” comments David Pedersen, EVP, Seek Now. “We are dedicated to becoming the foremost provider of on-demand ground truth property data for the insurance industry.”

Russ Carroll, Founder and CEO, Seek Now.

Seek Now says Seeker 360 Services empower customers to efficiently address their non-weather water claims by providing more timely, robust, and precise data than ever before. Targeting the challenges with such claims, Seeker 360 Services comprise what the vendor calls a thorough documentation process, including the identification of water sources, moisture level assessments, mitigation equipment, detailed damage photographs, and inspection notes. Seeker 360 Services can also be seamlessly extended to handle interior damage from wind and hail claims, with the option to upgrade to Seek Now’s Solo Inspection or Ladder Assist offerings, the vendor statement says.

“Our continued investments in Seek Now’s robust, proprietary technology platform—Maestro—and the seamless integration of top-tier partner technologies position us to consistently provide exceptional outcomes for our valued customers,” comments Russ Carroll, Founder and CEO, Seek Now. “We take immense pride in introducing Seeker 360 Services to both our existing and new clients, and eagerly anticipate its broader utilization within different segments of our customer base.”
