In order to maintain the high quality of service and coverages that has gained its reputation in the marketplace, Safepoint Insurance Company concluded that standing still was not an option. The Tampa, Fla.-based provider of residential and commercial property insurance products has decided to modernize its core systems through implementation of Duck Creek Technologies’ Policy and Billing solutions.
Safepoint Insurance says it will use the Duck Creek systems to improve operational efficiencies, support new product development that will advance business growth and expand their offerings to additional states, and increase ease-of-doing-business for its agency distribution partners serving customers in Florida and Louisiana.
