RLI Moves ClaimCenter to Guidewire Cloud

The specialty P&C insurer seeks to expand claim service and support capabilities, simplify the claim process and reduce ongoing maintenance.

RLI, a Peoria, Ill.-based specialty property/casualty insurer, implemented Guidewire Software’s (San Mateo, Calif.) Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud to power its claim operations and enhance the claim experience for agents and policyholders. The company implemented ClaimCenter onto Guidewire Cloud simultaneously for all lines of business. A Guidewire customer since 2011, RLI originally implemented ClaimCenter in a self-managed, on-premises mode.
