P&V Group, a Brussels-based Belgian cooperative insurance group has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter to update its claims operations and increase customer satisfaction, improve business processes and establish a flexible and upgradeable technology foundation, according to a vendor statement.
“We selected Guidewire ClaimCenter for a variety of reasons,” comments Isabelle Coune, P&V board member responsible for non-life insurance and claims operations. “We were impressed with the positive feedback we received from existing ClaimCenter customers with whom we spoke with during the evaluation process, as well as with Guidewire’s track record of global implementation success.”
The insurer found ClaimCenter’s functionality well-organized and user friendly, according to Marc Beaujean, P&V board member heading Resources, Change and Marketing. “We also valued the speed at which ClaimCenter can be seamlessly integrated with internal and external systems and are looking forward to getting the system up and running quickly,” Beaujean comments.
Among the improvements that ClaimCenter will bring to P&V Group, according to a Guidewire statement, are the ability to:
- Realize faster claims cycle times for better customer service;
- Increase operational efficiency through automation across claims processes; and
- Enjoy enhanced claims handling capabilities.
