P&V Group, a Brussels-based cooperative insurer has selected Guidewire Software’s (Foster City, Calif.) PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and other solutions. The carrier will use Guidewire DataHub and Client Data Management to support data management needs, and will deploy Guidewire Account Management Portal and Guidewire Quote and Buy Portal to improve the digital experience of broker, agents and end-customers. P&V Group will use the Guidewire solutions across all its Non-Life insurance lines of business and distribution channels.

A vendor statement describes the initiative as a comprehensive project involving end- to-end integration from back-end to front-end systems, resulting in enhanced functional process in-house and faster, more responsive interaction with agents and brokers, and ultimately with end-customers. The added Guidewire solutions will enable P&V Group to do the following, the vendor says:
- Optimize costs by running an integrated IT platform;
- Respond to rapidly changing broker, agent and customer digital expectations;
- Improve quality and responsiveness of customer service; and
- Decrease time to market, thanks to flexible product development capability.
