PSERS Upgrades to Vitech’s V3 Version 10

The Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) has deployed Vitech’s V3 Version 10 flagship policy administration platform. Based in New York, Vitech provides administration software to retirement, insurance and investment organizations globally.

PSERS’ deployment is an upgrade from its V3 Version 5 installation. Vitech describes V3 Version 10 as a contemporary, browser-based solution that will help PSERS improve operating efficiencies, expand administrative capabilities and deliver an enhanced level of service to its customers. The upgrade also includes a new self-service web portal which provides members with 24/7 access to their accounts and the ability to complete routine updates and requests online.
