“We are excited to implement the Xpertdoc CCM platform in conjunction with our new billing application,” comments Susan Hendricks, VP IS, PMA Companies. “Xpertdoc’s advanced technology and proven methodology will allow us to meet our aggressive project timelines and bring advanced functionality that we were previously unable to utilize with our legacy solution. We are excited to partner with Xpertdoc.”

Xpertdoc’s solution provides PMA with what David Squibb, chief sales and marketing officer, Xpertdoc, terms powerful and advanced billing management capabilities that are quick and easy to implement. “This gives PMA the ability to freely make changes to their document templates, making communication with their clients more impactful and on their own terms, while reducing time and cost,” Squibb comments.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, Xpertdoc’s solution will be hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud-based platform for added efficiency and speed of implementation, according to the vendor. Previously, PMA’s billing documents were hard-coded, making changes costly and requiring the support of the vendor, Xpertdoc reports.
