“We are looking forward to the business benefits that ProcessOne will bring to our business due to its ease of reconciliation, including a better customer experience for both our agents and policyholders,” comments Rick Becker, senior VP of operations at Personable. “ProcessOne will enable our insureds to have real time access to their payment information in a secure environment.”

ProcessOne’s real-time payment posting will enable Personable to provide a higher level of customer service and the ability to disburse payments into multiple trust accounts will streamline internal processes, according to a vendor statement. The solution will also help reconcile payments from multiple sources, reduce the complexity and cost of PCI compliance, and allow Personable to update web data in real time, according to One, Inc.

Established in late 2011, Personable underwrites non-standard auto insurance in California, Georgia, Florida and Texas.
