Pacific Life (Newport Beach, Calif.) has selected Life.io, a Princeton, N.J.-based subsidiary of SE2 (Topeka, Kan.), to deliver an end-to-end customer origination, engagement and service experience. Pacific Life selected Life.io because of the strength of its digital solution suite and its ability to integrate with multiple existing third-party systems, according to a Life.io statement.

“Life.io’s intuitive and user-centric origination and engagement capabilities are a great complement to our focus on meeting the changing expectations of digital-savvy customers and advisors,” comments Joseph Kordovi, assistant VP of innovations at Pacific Life.

“We are delighted to partner with Pacific Life on this exciting initiative. I love how they’re pushing the industry forward with personalized products designed for the real-life consumer,” said Jon Cooper, Co-Founder and CEO of Life.io. “In partnership with Life.io, Pacific Life is empowering distribution partners with state-of-the- art technology and a great user experience.”

Life.ioGrow enables distribution partners to run a quote and needs analysis, start an application and instantly share it with a prospect, the vendor notes. Additionally, in real-time, distribution partners can view prospect and policy owner data and send emails, all from a single screen. Grow supports direct-to-consumer as well as advisor distribution channels.

Life.ioEmpower, powered by SE2 Aurum, offers policyholders an easy self-service portal to view and service their policy, the vendor statement says. With Life.ioInsights, carriers have access to a robust data and analytics dashboard that can uncover trends, identify best practices, and optimize conversion.
