Pacific Interstate Insurance Brokers (PIIB; El Dorado Hills, Calif.), an association of over 200 independent insurance agencies in nine states, has partnered with Indio Technologies’ (San Francisco) to provide PIIB ’s affiliates the ability to streamline workflows in support of greater drive success through discounted access to Indio’s distribution platform, as well as ongoing education from Indio on both the Indio platform and the industry as a whole.
With its automation platform and related tools, Indio is designed to move paper-driven processes online, with the goal streamlining workflows so insurance agents and brokers are freed from spending inordinate amounts of time on routine tasks. The white-labeled platform seeks to help insurance agents and brokers to focus their time and efforts on providing better client experiences and addressing the challenging aspects of their risk management.
