SAIF Corporation (Portland), Oregon’s not-for-profit, state-chartered workers’ compensation insurer, has selected Guidewire (Foster City, Calif.) PolicyCenter as its new underwriting, rating, and policy administration system and Guidewire BillingCenter to manage its billing operations, including agency and commissions. SAIF selected PolicyCenter and BillingCenter to replace its internally-developed policy administration and billing management systems. )
SAIF also selected Guidewire Rating Management, Client Data Management, and Business Intelligence for InsuranceSuite. SAIF will be converting its policyholders to the new systems at renewal, the vendor reports.
