OneShield Partners with Xpertoc to Integrate Client Communication Management

The integrated solution is designed to reduce expenses and provide a significantly improved customer experience for OneShield’s insurance carrier clients.

OneShield (Marlboro, Mass.), a provider of core P&C insurance systems software, and Xpertdoc Technologies (Montreal), a provider of document output and customer communications solutions, have struck a partnership to provide their solutions as an integrated offering.

The partnership is a result of the two vendors proving the integration of the Xpertdoc Client Communication Management solution with OneShield Insurance Software, resulting in a seamless technology offering in a live client environment, according to Varsha Bhat, partner relations, Xpertdoc.  “We have a mutual goal of helping insurers grow and modernize their business while enabling them to deliver better customer service,” she says.
