Ohio National Adopts Insurance Technologies’ FireLight e-Delivery

The Insurance Technologies solution enables Ohio National to enhance and speed-up policy and document delivery to clients while improving back-office efficiencies and processes.

Ohio National Financial Services (Cincinnati, Ohio), an institution founded in 1909 that offers a range of life and disability income insurance products in 49 states, has launched Insurance Technologies LLC’s (Colorado Springs, Colo.) FireLight e-Delivery to provide a comprehensive, secure and modernized digital communication and sales experience for its financial professionals, according to a vendor statement.

Ohio National is initially launching FireLight e-Delivery for its term life insurance products but plans to expand its use to additional products in the near future, Calabro adds.

Ohio National chose FireLight e-Delivery for its robust features, usability and flexibility that allows the carrier to create its own user workflows and guided digital communication experiences. Among the benefits of FireLight e-Delivery brings to Ohio National are the following capabilities, by the vendor’s description:

  • Significantly reduce policy delivery costs.

Faster, More Efficient Delivery
