The companies are currently collaborating on what the vendor characterizes as a phased implementation approach on an aggressive timeline. Utilizing a phased implementation approach, Norman-Spencer successfully had one line of business fully deployed in a matter of weeks, according to the vendor.  Sunlight Solutions touts its capacity for quick delivery as adding business value and demonstrating its ability to achieve Norman-Spencer’s short- and long-term goals of improved efficiencies and growth.

“Sunlight Enterprise is a very modern solution which supports a quick implementation, due to the high degree of configuration,” comments Bernadette Wudarski, Business Director, Sunlight Solutions. “Our iterative implementation approach allows us to support unique business needs and processes while also providing an operating environment that can change and grow with our clients.”

Greater Consistency and Control

The capabilities of Sunlight Enterprise will enable Norman-Spencer to more effectively and efficiently manage relationships and interact with its carriers, brokers and insureds, according to the vendor.  The range of configuration options provided by Sunlight Enterprise allow for specific business rules, workflow, and screens to address the diverse needs of each audience and line of business, the vendor says. Sunlight Enterprise will also bring greater consistency and control across the Norman-Spencer organization, while the configurability offers greater self-sufficiency, enabling the company to quickly and continually respond to ever-changing market conditions, according to Sunlight Solutions.
