NORCAL Transforms Producer Management with VUE Software

NORCAL will be able to consolidate five systems into one, integrate two policy administration systems and general ledgers to simplify compensation payments, track commissions and create multiple hierarchy levels.

NORCAL Group (San Francisco), a group of Medical Professional Liability Insurance Companies, has selected VUE Software’s (Coconut Creek, Fla.) VUE Onboarding & Compliance and VUE Compensation to provide automated workflow management for NORCAL’s business units throughout the United States.

Using the VUE solutions, NORCAL will be able to consolidate five systems into one, integrate two policy administration systems and general ledgers to simplify compensation payments, track commissions and create multiple hierarchy levels, according to a vendor announcement. Administrative staff and agents will also have 24-hour access to records and commission information, as a result of the implementation. VUE lists the full suite of capabilities enabled by the solutions as follows.
