NFU Mutual ( Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire), a prominent U.K. mutual general insurer for individuals and small businesses, has selected FRISS to automate trust throughout the company’s policy and claim lifecycle. Opening Up the U.K. Market for FRISS

For FRISS, the NFU Mutual relationship is the first in the U.K., and as such likely to open up the market to the vendor. “We’re confident that this will open up the U.K. market for us, because it’s a good reference and we have a considerable pipeline,” comments Ruud van Gerwen, Head of Global Marketing, FRISS, tells Insurance Innovation Reporter. “We’ve been focusing on the U.K. for the past four years, and we believe this engagement will give other carriers we’ve spoken to the confidence to pull the trigger.”
