MVP Advisory Group (Chicago) has announced that Ajay Kelshiker joined the firm as a partner in February. Kelshiker brings more than 30 years of IT and more than 20 years of insurance experience across a number of roles, including VP of Sales for Insurity’s Data Solutions Division and Associate Partner for IBM’s Global Insurance Consulting Practice. Kelshiker will focus on MVP’s Data & Analytics practice.

In addition to his previous roles with Insurity and IBM, Mr. Kelshiker served as VP of Information Services for Capital Indemnity Corporation, where he implemented and operated the company’s first data warehouse, business intelligence, portal and CRM solutions and the company’s Data Governance Council.

Kelshiker holds a MBA in Information Systems from Warwick Business School in Warwick, U.K., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Technology and Production Management from Aston University in Birmingham, U.K.
