Munich Re Automation Solutions, an underwriting automation InsurTech solutions provider in North America, has named Grant Andrew, Vice President of Customer Success.
In his new role, Andrew is responsible for working directly with the company’s North American customers, to ensure they meet their short-, medium- and long-term automation and digital transformation objectives. Based in Chicago, he reports to Alby van Wyk, Chief Commercial Officer, Munich Re Automation Solutions.
Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries. He has previously held vice president and executive level positions in operations, business development, client management and transformation and innovation at companies such as Prudential Insurance, Legal & General America and Allstate.
