MSH INTERNATIONAL (Paris/Calgary, Alberta), a provider of expatriate health insurance solutions for employees, has chosen Spieker Point (Edmonton, Alberta) to provide a data visualization solution to give transparency into customers’ accounts. The solution will visualize operational data for what the vendor calls comprehensive reports and analysis for use internally and by customer.
Spieker Point’s DECK DecisionWare application will power a new online tool MSH Aviator, which the carrier’s customers can use to access information about their accounts, such as premiums paid, amounts claimed. Customers will also be able to execute predictive analysis, which the vendor asserts will provide information that is typically not offered by even the biggest insurance providers on the market.
“Spieker Point, and their platform DECK DecisionWare, has demonstrated a proven track record for providing comprehensive solutions to complex projects,”comments Philippe de Dreuzy, CEO of MSH INTERNATIONAL’s Calgary, Alberta-based regional head office for North America. “They’ve quickly shown us how this online tool could help our clients to significantly improve their employee benefits management. Bringing technology and transparency to our customers is our perception of service excellence.”
