Medical Protection Society (MPS, London), a global mutual protection organization for medical professionals, has selected Accenture (New York) to provide consulting and systems integration services to improve the experience it provides its more than 300,000 members. Accenture will work with software vendors Sapiens (Holon, Israel), which is providing a new membership system, and Avenade (Seattle), which will supply MPS’s new CRM platform.
“To continue to provide world-class service to members, we are revamping our membership system and enhancing how we develop and deliver our products,” comments Dan Bown, executive director of Operations, MPS. “We chose Accenture to lead on this programm to ensure we continue to provide excellent service to our growing membership.”
