MPS Chooses Accenture as Consulting Partner for Member Experience Transformation

Accenture will work with software vendors Sapiens and Avenade, which supply a new membership system and new CRM platform, respectively.

Medical Protection Society (MPS, London), a global mutual protection organization for medical professionals,  has selected Accenture (New York) to provide consulting and systems integration services to improve the experience it provides its more than 300,000 members. Accenture will work with software vendors Sapiens (Holon, Israel), which is providing a new membership system, and Avenade (Seattle), which will supply MPS’s new CRM platform.
