Mountain West Farm Bureau (Laramie, Wyo.), a regional multi-line property/casualty insurance company, serving the needs of individuals, families, farms and ranches, and businesses throughout Wyoming and Montana, has selected One Inc’s (Folsom, Calif.) PremiumPay platform to transform its inbound payments process. Mountain West’s selection of One Inc’s technology will also modernize the carrier’s customer engagement infrastructure, delivering a more efficient and reactive payments process by implementing One Inc’s insured portal, modal window and interactive voice response technology, according to a vendor statement.

Mountain West’s selection of One Inc’s PremiumPay is the latest step in its digital transformation strategy, which includes the company upgrading to Majesco’s (Morristown, N.J.) cloud offering of Majesco Policy for P&C, Majesco CloudInsurer, announced earlier this month. Integration One Inc’s technology will take place using the vendor’s recently announced implementation of Guidewire Cloud, a pairing that will increase employee efficiency by streamlining workflow and automation and elevate the overall experience for agents and customers, according to the vendor statement.
