Motorists Insurance Signs Multi-Year Software Deal with Enservio

The Motorists Insurance Group (Columbus, Ohio) has signed a multi-year contract to license Enservio, Inc.’s (Needham, Mass.) ContentsExpress self-service contents management solution and ancillary onsite inventory and valuation services.

Enservio describes ContentsExpress as a proprietary, cloud-based SaaS application aimed at making managing contents for property claims easy and efficient. Claim managers using the solution receive real-time actionable data on their claims program giving them the business intelligence needed to maximize their output and drive customer satisfaction, the vendor asserts. The system’s TrueLKQ product search engine and AutoLKQ match technology automatically provides like, kind and quality (LKQ) item matches from a contents database comprising 15 million products with pricing data updated daily. According to Enservio combination of search and match technology improves efficiencies while streamlining the entire contents management process.
