Millers Mutual Selects Majesco’s Cloud Native Digital 1st Platform

The insurer will develop its next generation engagement and experience for customers, agents and employees, extending an existing relationship between the companies.

Millers Mutual Insurance, a Harrisburg, Pa.-based insurer focused on multifamily housing, commercial real estate and affordable housing in five Eastern states and the District of Columbia, has selected Majesco’s (Morristown, N.J.) cloud-native Digital1st Insurance platform to develop its next generation engagement and experience for customers, agents and employees, according to a Majesco statement. An existing Majesco client, Millers Mutual deployed the vendor’s data and analytics platform in July 2019.

Millers Mutual Insurance serves commercial policyholders in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and Washington, D.C., through a network of independent agents. The company helps single and multifamily housing and commercial real estate owners stay in business by protecting them from financial misfortune by offering a full complement of commercial insurance products and services, including businessowners policies, Umbrella liability, cyber and employment practices liability.

Foundation for Enhanced Relationships with Agents and Customers
