MedPro Group (Fort Wayne, Ind.), a Berkshire Hathaway business and the nation’s oldest healthcare liability carrier, has selected Duck Creek Technologies (Boston) to update the company’s core systems and customer experience tools. Duck Creek was chosen for the project after a comprehensive vetting process led by Tim Smith, MedPro’s Senior VP, IT and Operations.

Duck Creek reports that MedPro will implement Duck Creek Policy and Billing solutions to improve operational efficiencies and support new product development, as well as Duck Creek Customer 360 to centralize access to customer information. The company will also employ Duck Creek Insights, alongside Balancing and Controls to support advanced reporting and analytics. The implementation will be managed by Capgemini, a Duck Creek Platinum Delivery Partner and a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services.
