ProcessOne to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation, ContactOne to increase policy retention via automated calling and messaging and PortalOne to provide multi-device 24/7 payment and policy information access.
One, Inc. reports that Meadowbrook selected its payment processing suite to improve its customer service through the addition of a data-secure payment channel that will enable its policyholders to make their premium payments via credit card.
