Meadowbrook Insurance Group (Southfield, Mich.), a U.S. P&C risk management organization, has selected One, Inc.’s (Folsom, Calif.) ProcessOne to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation, ContactOne to increase policy retention via automated calling and messaging and PortalOne to provide multi-device 24/7 payment and policy information access.

One, Inc. reports that Meadowbrook selected its payment processing suite to improve its customer service through the addition of a data-secure payment channel that will enable its policyholders to make their premium payments via credit card.
