“As one of the U.K.’s leading insurers, we are always looking for ways to improve our price and service proposition to customers,” comments Selwyn Fernandes, managing director, LV= Direct. “Guidewire has a great reputation in the insurance industry and we already work together to facilitate our claims administration. Following a comprehensive software selection process we are delighted to now extend this relationship to policy administration to ensure we can continue to effectively respond to customer needs, making it even easier for them to look after the things they love.”

ClaimCenter Customer

Keith Stonell, managing director, EMEA, Guidewire Software, notes that LV= is a longstanding Guidewire ClaimCenter. “We are honoured that they have chosen to expand their relationship with us to become a full InsuranceSuite user and we look forward to working with them in achieving their customer service goals,” he comments.
